Description

Physical Therapist Home Health

Location

  • Newton, Massachusetts

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Long-term assignment

Schedule

  • 08:00 - 16:30
  • Weekend rotations occur once every 6 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • 1 year of Certified Home Care experience
  • 1 year of Case Management experience
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Role Overview

  • Assess patient conditions
  • Implement care plans
  • Provide ongoing education and support to patients and families
  • Perform admission processes and case management responsibilities
  • Use timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication

Onboarding Requirements

  • Professional license/certification verification
  • Resume with the past 7 years of work experience and city/state for all work experience and education
  • 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
