Registered Nurse — Rehab Float
Location
- Nashua, New Hampshire
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Contract role
- 36 hours per week
- Varied shifts
Setting
- Primary assignment is in the Rehab unit
- May float to Med/Surg when not needed in Rehab
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program
- Basic Dysrhythmia
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and carry out provider orders
- Complete clinical documentation and care plans each shift
- Communicate patient information for safe continuity of care
- Participate in unit competencies, safety huddles, quality initiatives, and performance improvement
- Support patient safety, culture of well-being, and shared governance
- Precept new nurses and collaborate with nursing staff, students, and instructors
- Follow policies related to overtime and earned time off
Additional Notes
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
- The assignment may be canceled up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
