Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Assignment Notes
- No more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply
