Occupational Therapist

Location: Lakeview, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 10-hour shifts

Overview

This role evaluates and supports patients in educational, vocational, and recreational activities to help restore maximum function. The position also involves working with family members and the care team on patient abilities and goals.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
BLS
Driver's License

Experience / Knowledge

Current knowledge of occupational therapy related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures, general medicine, surgical concepts, and mental health concepts
Understanding of team-based care, including the capabilities and limitations of other team members
Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and effective teamwork skills

Schedule Details

Friday through Monday
40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
