Nuclear Medicine Tech
Job Overview
- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Call: Every 5th weekend and 4–6 evening call shifts per month
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Eligibility: Traveler’s permanent address must be more than 100 miles from the central facility address in Columbus, Ohio
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
- Positron Emission Tomography Technologist experience
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Ohio
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Additional Job Details
- Common procedures include cardiac studies, HIDA scans, bone scans, thyroid scans, and other nuclear medicine scans
- Scrubs: charcoal grey
- Level I trauma center and magnet hospital
