Role Details
- Primary assignment is inpatient therapy.
- May float to other facilities based on need and therapist ability, including locations in Colville and Spokane.
- Position is generally 0.6 FTE, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday.
- Expected patient ratio: 1:5–10.
- On-call, weekends, block scheduling, and 48-hour weeks are not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Locals with 1 year or first-time travelers are eligible
- Education verification is required
- Background check is required
- Employment application covering at least the last 5 years is required
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Skills checklist required for the applicable unit
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance required
- Negative TB or chest X-ray documentation required
- Tdap documentation required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, COVID, and drug screening documentation required
- Respiratory safety clearance required
- Float policy acknowledgement required
