Job Overview

- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- Coverage area: Montgomery County and lower Frederick County, covering PTO
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with OASIS
Required Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
- Education verification or transcript/diploma showing highest degree completed
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Positive titer or 2 vaccines for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella
- Positive Hep B quantitative titer within 5 years of start
- 11-panel drug screen including cotinine/nicotine and marijuana within 30 days of start
- Color blind exam within 5 years of start
- Eye exam within 6 months of start, updated annually
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- COVID vaccination is strongly recommended; declination requires facility approval

- Smoke- and nicotine-free campus
- HCHB (Pointcare) familiarity is needed

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
