Provides professional clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May float within the same discipline across local campuses.
May also float to the Stepdown unit as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Additional Job Details

First-time travelers accepted
Patient ratio: 1:5–6
Orientation: 16 hours
Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility
Local candidates may be accepted with a 10% rate reduction if they are from Madison

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
