Ultrasound Tech - Vascular
Overview

- Schedule: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Vascular Sonographer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ARDMS
- ARDMS RVT
- CCI RVS
- RDCS - RVT
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Current valid driver’s license, state ID, or government photo ID
- Resume/application
- Skills checklist
- Employment history with 7 years of employment if applicable, plus explanation for gaps
- Competency exam completed within 1 year of start and meeting a minimum score of 80%
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- HHS/OIG screening
- Sex offender search
- Education verification or transcript/diploma if verification cannot be completed
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit testing within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Flu vaccination, declination, or exemption during flu season
- CLEAR enrollment for identity verification
- Photo for badge

- Candidate may be assigned to an emergency team during an emergency event and may be expected to remain at the facility or serve on a relief team.
