Role Details
- Outpatient clinic RN role with urology focus
- Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 6–8 patients
- No floating, on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
- 48 hours are not approved
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart Stroke Foundation
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Recent experience with catheters
- Seasoned traveler experience
- Urology experience
Preferred Experience
- ER experience
- Pre/post experience
- Day surgery or ambulatory experience
- Home health experience
Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
- E-Verify attestation
- Background check
- Education verification
- Washington state patrol search
- Employment application covering at least the last 5 years
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Skills checklist
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask record
- Tdap within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, COVID, flu, and drug screening documentation
- Respiratory safety clearance
- Annual regulatory modules and specialty-specific modules, as applicable
