Job Overview

- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating: May float to all critical care units

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Critical Care Float (3 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Vent management
- Telemetry
- Conscious sedation
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Telemetry experience
Required Skills
- Vents
- IV start

Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC
- ICP
- PA lines
Screening and Compliance
- 2 references required
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
- Fit test required within 12 months of start
- Tdap required within 10 years of start
- TB testing required within 90 days of start
- Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
- COVID vaccination or declination required for tracking
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation required
- Color blind testing required
- Medication/pharmacology competency exam required
- Competency exam required
- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required
- Orientation testing is pass/fail
- Badge photo required
- Facility-specific onboarding documents required
