Role Summary
- Advanced perioperative nursing role supporting the lead surgeon in the operating room.
- Responsibilities include patient care before, during, and after surgery, as well as assisting with bleeding control, tissue handling, and wound closure.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- First Assist (2 years of experience)
- First Assist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
