Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Echo Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
Pre-Start Documents and Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Emergency contact form required before start
- Photo for badge required
- Orientation checklist, pandemic attestation, code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, disclosure statement, and signed job description required before start
- Facility-specific onboarding and competency documents must be completed before start
Additional Notes
- Competency exam and medication/pharmacology competency exam are required as applicable to the profession
- NIH Stroke Certification is required and must be updated annually
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS are listed as required certifications
- CPI training is completed onsite for applicable units
- Religious and medical COVID exemptions are available if properly documented
