Overview

• Location: Wichita Falls, Texas
• Employment type: Travel/Contract

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: 36/48-hour alternating schedule
• Hours: 36 hours per week; facility schedules 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee
• Shift times: 12:00 PM–12:00 AM or 11:00 AM–11:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• TNCC
• NIH Stroke Certification

Additional Notes

• Facility will schedule RNs on a repeating weekly pattern with an opportunity to pick up shifts
• Government-issued photo ID required
• E-Verify or attestation required
• Background check required
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG screening required within 30 days of start
• Competency exam required
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start and within 72 hours of signing contract
• TB screening required within 72 hours of signing contract
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, drug testing, flu vaccination/documentation, and COVID vaccination documentation are required
• 2 references required within 3 years of start
• Resume/application required
• Skills checklist required
• Parking policy acknowledgment required before start
