Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Required Pre-Start Items
- Government-issued photo ID
- Emergency contact form
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Fingerprinting and Pennsylvania state clearance requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire
- Immunization or immunity documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
- Negative 15-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or documentation during flu season
- Photo for badge
- Signed job description
- Orientation and facility policy acknowledgements/training documents
Additional Notes
- Workplace violence prevention training is completed onsite during orientation
- COVID exemption requests are available for religious or medical reasons if applicable

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
