Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
- 2 or more years of acute nursing care (hospital base) experience
- 2 or more years of Home Care experience
- Experience with OASIS
Additional Notes
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
- Requested time off must be submitted at profile upload and is limited to 5 days or fewer
- Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years is required
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
- No call, call-back, or charge responsibilities

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.
