Job Overview

- Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Weekly hours: 40
- Start schedule: Staggered start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
- Call: Required
- Float: None
- Weekend coverage: Required through the call rotation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in North Carolina
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- One completed travel assignment
- Traveler experience; first-time travelers are not accepted
- Neuro experience
- Inpatient setting experience
- BLS
Unit Details
- Patient population includes mostly adults and geriatrics, with some adolescents
- Required skill in both Neuro procedures, including stroke intervention, and Body procedures
- Daily case load: 13–17
- Hospital orientation is during the first week and attendance is required each day
Preferred
- ARRT Advanced certification
- EPIC familiarity
- McKesson familiarity
Schedule Notes
- Primary call is about one day every 4 weeks and the weekend every 5th–6th weekend
- Back-up call is about 7 days, including a weekend, every 9 weeks
- Weekends and evenings/nights are part of the call rotation
Additional Notes
- RTO after booking is not allowed
- Scrubs are provided
- Interview availability for the next 72 hours must be provided with submission
