Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid MRI Technologist license in North Carolina
- MRI Technologist (2 years of experience)
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS
- ARRT
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with the following imaging skills: abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, CINE
- Familiarity with chest imaging and image post-processing
Clinical Details
- Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Preferred familiarity with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients
- Equipment used includes GE and Siemens
- EPIC is used for medication, documentation, and communication
- No call required
- No floating required
Schedule / Start Expectations
- Start date is subject to class and trainer availability
- Full availability is required for the first week of orientation
- Missing any portion of orientation may delay or cancel the start
- Unit orientation is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM during the first week
Work Conditions
- Travelers may be assigned to storm, hurricane, disaster, or mass-casualty response coverage
- Mid-contract consolidation to a centralized office may occur
- Royal blue scrubs are required

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
