Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Connecticut
  • OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
  • OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients

Preferred Qualifications

  • AORN preferred

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

  • License/certificate verification within 30 days of start
  • Resume, skills checklist within 1 year, and 2 professional references
  • Criminal background check, SSN verification, and education verification
  • EPLS and GSA/OIG screening
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within 1 year
  • Specialty-specific competency testing within 1 year
  • Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
  • Physical/health statement within the last year
  • Fit test within 1 year
  • MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, TB screening, and COVID-19 vaccine documentation
  • Confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity/audit, system access, and I-9 forms
  • Respirator evaluation and Trinity skills checklist for clinical contractors

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
