Job Details

Specialty: Surgical Services
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day/Evening, 3 or 4 x 12-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36
On-Call / Weekend / Holiday: 6 calls per 6-week schedule; 1 weekend shift and/or 1 holiday per 6-week schedule
Floating: May float to general surgery if there are no hearts

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Experience

Experience with ortho, ortho/spine, ortho/joints, urology, endo, thoracic, neuro, gyn, neuro/spine, bariatrics, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and transplant cases

Additional Notes

Scrubs provided
Local rate applies within 60 miles of the facility

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
