Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Current state license verification required
- National tech certification verification required
- ACLS and PALS required based on unit/specialty; must be AHA, with RQI acceptable
- Background check required within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years, with all aliases included
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days prior to start, with all aliases included
- Illinois Department of Corrections inmate search required within 30 days of start
- Illinois State Police Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registry search required within 30 days of start
- Illinois Most Wanted search required within 30 days of start
- Initial degree verification required
- Competency exam required for all clinical and allied candidates
- Skills checklist required
- 2 professional references required
- Valid/current US driver’s license or US ID card required
- Badge photo required within a week of signing
- Code of conduct acknowledgement required within 7 days of signing
- Module instructions must be completed by 4:00 PM CST on the first day of orientation
