Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Location
- Jacksonville, Florida
Job Type
- Travel/Contract
- Night shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Overview
- NICU-focused pediatric respiratory therapy role
- First-time travelers accepted
- Floating within scope may be required
- Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Florida
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Airway management
- High-frequency jet ventilator operation
- High-frequency oscillator ventilator operation
- Servo I ventilator operation
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience
