Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Neuro ICU (2 years of experience)
- Neuro ICU experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- CCRN or CNRN
Assignment Notes
- Must work 2 of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day
- Any approved time off over 5 days must be added to the end of the contract to preserve a full 13-week assignment
- All time-off requests must be disclosed at submission
Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID required on the first day
- Background check and other screening items must be completed before start
- 7 years of work history is required for the application
- 2 manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months are required
- Skills checklist required within 1 year of start
- Fit testing required within 1 year prior to start
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- TB screening required
- Drug screen required
- Flu vaccination or declination required
- Tdap required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination or declination documentation required
