Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Neuro ICU (2 years of experience)
• Neuro ICU experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN or CNRN

Assignment Notes

• Must work 2 of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day
• Any approved time off over 5 days must be added to the end of the contract to preserve a full 13-week assignment
• All time-off requests must be disclosed at submission

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID required on the first day
• Background check and other screening items must be completed before start
• 7 years of work history is required for the application
• 2 manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months are required
• Skills checklist required within 1 year of start
• Fit testing required within 1 year prior to start
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• TB screening required
• Drug screen required
• Flu vaccination or declination required
• Tdap required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination or declination documentation required
