Case Manager
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Burlington, North Carolina
- Day shift, Monday–Friday
- 5x8 schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Acute Care Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Acute Care Case Management experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in Charge roles
- Experience with discharge planning, needs assessment, ordering DME, and developing plans of care
- Experience with CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) regulatory requirements
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Med Surg experience
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- Experience with Epic

Additional Notes
- Candidate must be flexible with scheduling
- Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
- Compliance deadline is 12 noon EST on the Wednesday before start
