Cath Lab RN
Assignment Overview
- Location: Dover, New Hampshire
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Schedule: 4x10 shifts with a rotating day off
- On-call: Required Monday through Friday and weekends, minimum 10–12 total days per month
- Distance restriction: Candidates living less than 40 miles from the facility will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- License/certification verification required
- Resume showing the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Onboarding Requirements
- Background check and exclusion checks
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- New Hampshire state checks
- Education verification
- Health statement
- MMR documentation
- TB test documentation
- Respirator medical clearance and fit test, if required for the skill
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
Additional Notes
- Initial assignment and extension paperwork must be updated if the start date changes
- If applying for a New Hampshire license, travelers should apply for an emergency license within 48 hours of applying for a permanent license
