Travel/Contract Registered Nurse — Infusion

Job Overview

Location: Tualatin, Oregon
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Specialty: Community Hem/Onc Infusion Nurse
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
On call: No
Floating: Required to five clinic locations based on staffing needs

Patient Population

Adult hematology and general medical oncology
RN navigator responsibilities include patient education and care coordination

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Oncology experience
Ambulatory Care experience
Infusion (1 year of experience)
Infusion experience within the last year

Additional Notes

Government-issued photo ID required on first day for badge issuance
Candidate must be fully available to complete compliance requirements before start date
References: 2 manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months
Application must include 7 years of work history with city and state for each position

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
