Job Details
- Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Setting: Acute care teaching hospital with Level 3 trauma designation
- Float expectation: May float within scope to meet facility needs
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- Local candidates: Not accepted within 100 miles
- License status: Pending license accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- Telehealth experience
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Experience with Epic
Additional Notes
- Telemetry role; may also work in med/surg
- No on-call requirement
- Block scheduling not available
- Ideally no more than 5 days of requested time off
- Criminal background check required before start
- DHS clearance required before start
- Physical exam within 12 months prior to start
- Tdap required
- TB documentation required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and respiratory safety clearance requirements apply before start
