Infusion Nurse
Overview
- Location: Portland, Oregon
- Employment type: Travel/contract
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Setting: Community hematology/oncology infusion
- Patient population: Adults with hematology and general medical oncology needs
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10s, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Schedule notes: Variable Monday–Sunday schedule, with some weekend commitment
- Call: None
- Floating: Rare, but may be asked to float among five clinic locations based on staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology experience
- Infusion (1 year of experience)
- Infusion experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- OCN certification
Additional Notes
- RN navigator duties include patient education and care coordination
- Candidate must be fully available to complete compliance requirements before start
- Government-issued photo ID is required on the first day for badge issuance
