Registered Nurse — Wound Care
Overview

Role Summary
- Provides nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care.
- Works collaboratively with other disciplines on the unit.
- Prioritizes nursing actions and carries out physician orders within appropriate time frames.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Wound Care (2 years of experience)
- Wound Care experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Cerner
