Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• Epic experience

Unit Details

• Cardiac IMC setting
• Common patient populations include cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, and advanced heart failure
• Safe patient mobilization equipment is available in most patient rooms

Schedule Notes

• 4 weekend shifts per month
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed
• Time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application
• For a 13-week assignment, up to 5 RTO days may be approved

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• Employment application with at least 7 years of work history, including city and state for each position
• Two manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months
• Skills checklist within 1 year of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask testing within 1 year prior to start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Flu vaccination or signed declination
• Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination or facility declination forms
• Drug screen within 3 months prior to start
• Facility-specific orientation documents and modules must be completed before start

• Parking is available for a daily fee
• Epic charting is used
