Telemetry RN Travel Contract
Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year of telemetry experience
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Emergency contact form
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Fingerprinting and Pennsylvania state clearance requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Immunization documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
- Negative 15-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or documentation during flu season
- Skills checklist, updated annually
Additional Notes
- Telemetry unit assignment
- Workplace violence prevention training is completed onsite for applicable units
- Some unit-specific orientation documents and training modules must be completed before start

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
