Job Overview

- Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Hours: 40 per week
- Setting: Home health with home visits and periodic office meetings
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Louisiana
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Work Expectations
- Average 5–6 patients per day
- Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
- Territory coverage is approximately a 50-mile radius from Baton Rouge
- Estimated travel is 150–250 miles per week
- Productivity expectation is at least 30 points per week
