Home Health RN
Overview
- Location: Akron, Ohio
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Setting: Dedicated home health role; not at the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Home Health experience within the last year
- 6 months of experience in Home Health
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
- Experience managing technology-dependent and medically complex patients
Preferred Experience
- Pediatrics experience
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays
- Experience managing technology-dependent and/or medically complex patients
Additional Notes
- Strong communication skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required
- Two professional references are required
- A valid government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment
- Background check, fingerprinting, health screenings, and facility-specific onboarding documents are required before start
