Job Overview

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Work may extend past the scheduled end time until procedures are complete.
• On-call is required, including one weekend per month plus one call shift and one evening shift each week.
• Holidays as needed.
• No floating between service lines or to sister facilities.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated with manager approval, depending on unit needs.

Required Qualifications

• Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT or RCIS
• Proficiency in coronary diagnostic/intervention scrub and monitor

Additional Requirements

• Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency
• Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis within a 60-mile radius
• All requested time off must be included at submission

Compliance / Pre-Start Items

• Proof of 2 clinical references, with at least one from the same unit
• Annual background check covering the past 7 years
• Education verification required
• Employment application/resume required
• Work history verification for clinical employers
• Physical exam within 90 days of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
• Respirator safety clearance
• COVID vaccination documentation or declination if not vaccinated
• Flu vaccination documentation or approved exemption during flu season
• Copy of driver’s license/state ID
• Copy of Social Security card
• E-Verify attestation
• Photo for badge
• Orientation and facility-specific onboarding documents must be completed before start
