Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
- Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- CCC-SLP
Preferred Qualifications
- FEES experience preferred
- Experience performing MBSs
Additional Notes
- Time off requests may be accommodated
- Meditech charting is used
- No major traumas are treated onsite; higher-acuity trauma cases are transferred out
- Common patient populations include strokes, geriatrics, and general weakness
