Registered Nurse — Emergency Department
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Lincoln, Illinois
- Night shift: 3x12s, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and one additional weekday as needed
- Start date: 8/24
- Local candidates accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Work Setting
- General Emergency Department with combined adult and pediatric patients
Schedule / Assignment Details
- On-call not required
- Floating not required
- RTO ideally no more than 5 days
- Guaranteed hours are subject to call-off provisions during the 13-week assignment
Submission Notes
- Submittal instructions require answers for interview availability, housing review, and RTO/SD confirmation
Compliance / Onboarding
- Background check and multiple state/federal screening items are required
- Illinois-specific registry and search documentation may be required depending on licensure and role status
- Health screening, immunization, drug screen, fit test, and TB documentation are required
- References, skills checklist, and competency exam are required for clinical candidates
- Badge photo, code of conduct, badge name, and module completion are required before start
