Interventional Radiology RN

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Columbus, Georgia
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 12 weeks
• Patient population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
• Setting: Interventional Radiology RN
• Workload: 4 rooms; average daily census of 25
• Call is rotated among the team
• Floating may be required within the facility and scope of practice
• Every third weekend required, with no more than 2 weekends per month
• Major holidays may be required based on assignment timing
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• Interventional Radiology experience with 1 year of experience
• Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Stroke thrombectomy experience
• Experience with Epic

• First-time travelers not accepted
• Full compliance is required before start
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off
• Photo ID required
• Background check required and must be complete before start
• Education verification required
• Skills checklist required within 12 months and updated annually
• Work history verification required
• 2 clinical references required
• Color blind testing required
• Physical exam required within 12 months of start
• TB questionnaire required
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray required within 12 months of start
• Drug screen required within 60 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination required
• Review and sign code of conduct and dress/professional appearance policy before start
