Registered Nurse — MS/Tele
Overview
- Location: Del Norte, Colorado

- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours (6:00 PM–6:30 AM)

- Minimum experience: 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Required Experience
- Recent experience in MS/Tele, Cardiac Tele, or Tele
Additional Requirements
- Unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- National certification/verification as applicable by profession and state
- State license verification
- NURSYS verification
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
- Competency exam
- Colorado CAPS release authorization
- Nursing daily expectations acknowledgment
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire if applicable
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
- Drug screen within the last 12 months
- Flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
