Description
OT Home Health
Assignment Overview
- Travel/contract occupational therapy role in home health
- Location: Somersworth, New Hampshire
- Day shift, 5x8 schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Work Setting
- Home visits with periodic office meetings
- Average patient volume: 5–6 per day
- Territory includes Somersworth/Dover
- Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
