Telemetry RN Travel Contract
Location
- Greensburg, Pennsylvania
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- Night shift
- 3x12 hours
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Role Overview
- Registered Nurse position on a unit that primarily cares for a mix of medical-surgical telemetry and progressive care patients
- Minimum patient ratio: 5-6:1
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year of telemetry experience
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
Additional Requirements
- Completion of required background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, health documentation, references, skills checklist, and facility/state-specific pre-start documents
Health and Compliance Items
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Immunization or immunity documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
- Seasonal flu vaccination or documentation during flu season
