Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- Acute Care experience
- Cardiology experience
- BLS
Unit Details
- Fast-paced, high-acuity Med Surg/Post-Op unit
- Patient mix includes high-acuity, cardio, and Med Tele patients
- Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4–5 on days, 1:5–6 on nights
- Must be comfortable with complex care including IVs, PCA, epidurals, wound care, burns, central lines, PICCs, PEGs, trachs, chest tubes, drains, tube feeding, NG tubes, Foley catheters, heparin drips, and wound vacs

- Cardio experience

- Scrubs may be any color
- Unacceptable attire includes hoodies, open-toe shoes, logo/graphic clothing, tight or ill-fitting clothing, AirPods/headphones, and gel polish/artificial nails
