Overview

• Location: West Burlington, Iowa
• Employment type: Long-term assignment
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Role Summary

• Provides nursing care in a medical care unit with less acute patients who may be awaiting placement to long-term care.
• The unit is shared with Inpatient Rehab, and the nurse may float between both units.
• Patient populations include geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, telemetry, and psychiatric patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Experience

• Telemetry experience preferred

On-Assignment Expectations

• May occasionally be placed on call during low census periods
• If called in, must be able to arrive on-site within one hour
