Registered Nurse (RN) — Med Surg/Telemetry
Location: Springfield, Vermont

Overview
This role is on an adaptive acuity unit. Travelers may occasionally be asked to provide PCU care with a 3:1 ratio, and that assignment cannot be refused.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Vermont
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 3 months or more of total travel experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in Charge roles
- Driver's License
- Experience with Insulin drips, Esmolol drips, and Sodium drips
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

- Current skills checklists for Progressive Care Unit/PCU, Medical Surgical/MS, and Telemetry/Tele
- 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
Additional Notes
- Charge role is required
- 48-hour guarantee is not available
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
- Requested time off must be included at submission and is limited to no more than 5 days
- Voicemail must be set up on the traveler’s phone
- Perm address must be included in the profile
