Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Travel experience
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
- Complete evaluations and address areas needing attention
- Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques
- Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
- Supervise assigned assistants
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
