Job Overview
- Location: Florence, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Shift length: 8 hours
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First-time travelers: Accepted
Role Details
- Specialty: Interventional Radiology Tech
- Daily caseload: 4 patients per tech
- On-call: Required, rotating with two other techs
- Weekend coverage: Every third weekend
- Floating: Not required
- Case experience required: General IR
- Case experience preferred: Neuro IR
Required Qualifications
- License: Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
- Experience: Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year, with 1 year of experience in the specialty
- Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross, ARRT (R), SCQRSA
Additional Requirements
- Radiation badge: Required and must be provided by the agency
- Local candidates: Not accepted within a 60-mile radius
- RTO: Must be included at time of submission
- Block scheduling: May be considered with manager approval, depending on unit needs

- References: 2 clinical references
- Background check: Required, including international searches
- Drug screen: 10-panel within 90 days of start
- TB screening: Required
- Immunizations/documentation: Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, flu documentation, and COVID documentation or declination as applicable
- Physical exam: Required
- Respirator clearance: Required for patient-facing travelers
- Photo for badge: Required
- Orientation and onboarding documents: Signed acknowledgments, confidentiality, systems access, employee info, and job description required before start
