Telephone Triage Call Center
Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Hackensack, New Jersey
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
- Non-patient-facing telehealth position
- Serves as a clinical liaison for patients and families
- Supports patients through diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Adult and geriatric patient population
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Telehealth experience within the last year
- 1 year of telehealth experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience
Preferred
- Experience in Cardiology, Family Care, or Internal Medicine settings
- Bilingual in Spanish
Additional Notes
- Travelers who live within 50 miles of the facility are not considered
- Residents of Westchester County, Rockland County, and New York City are not accepted
