Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Minneapolis, Minnesota
- 12-week assignment
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Patient ratio: 1:5
- First-time travelers accepted
- No local candidates within 100 miles
- No floating within scope
- Occasional weekend and on-call coverage, if able
- Block scheduling not available
- RTO ideally limited to 5 days
Specialty Details
- Radiology procedures role covering interventional radiology, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and pre/post phase 2 recovery
- Care includes prep and recovery of procedural patients, moderate sedation, MRI monitoring for pacemaker patients, anxiolysis for exams, medication administration for nuclear medicine patients, and select anesthesia cases
- Procedures may include biopsies, tubes, lines, drains, lytics, thrombectomies, neuro, body, vascular, and liver embolizations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Interventional Radiology (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic

- Pending license accepted
- Scrubs provided
- Parking is available at a flat rate of $0.55/hour
- Physical exam required within 12 months prior to start
- Tdap required
- Negative TB or chest X-ray required
- Respiratory safety clearance required
- Drug testing required within 1 year of start
- References are not required for client clearance
- Background screening and Minnesota DHS clearance are required
