Cath Lab Tech
Location
- Bend, Oregon
Contract
- Travel/contract assignment
- 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Role Overview
- Special procedures technologist supporting IC, IR, vascular, structural heart, and neuro specialties
- Floating is limited to the cath lab unit
- Daily caseload: 15
- Call required, including weeknight and weekend call
- Weekend call: 1 weekend every 3–5 weeks
- 2-hour call-back minimum
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Oregon
- Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
Schedule Notes
- Locals are not accepted within 75 miles of the facility
- RTO limit: 7 days
- Block scheduling may be accommodated when possible
Procedures / Clinical Focus
- Structural heart procedures including TAVR, Mitraclip, and Watchman
- IR, neuro, vascular, cardiac, and EP cases

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Background check required
- Diploma or transcript required
- Education verification required

- Signed confidentiality, access, compliance, and emergency contact forms required
- Physical exam required
- TB screening and annual TB questionnaire required
- Tdap required or declination accepted
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation required
- Drug screen required
- Flu vaccination or declination/exemption required during flu season
- COVID vaccination record preferred if previously vaccinated; declination or exemption required if never vaccinated
- Respiratory safety clearance required
