Job Overview

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Specialty: Registered Nurse
Shift: 4x12 days or nights
Hours: 48 per week
Contract length: 12 weeks
Setting: Acute care, teaching hospital, Level 3 trauma center
Float: May float within scope to meet facility needs
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
On-call: Not required
Block scheduling: Not available
Local candidates: Not accepted within 100 miles
First-time travelers: Not accepted
RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Minnesota
Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Telehealth experience
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

Candidates must complete pre-start onboarding modules before clearance.
Parking is available, with free parking for night shift and paid options for day/evening shift.

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
