Description

Operating Room Registered Nurse

Location

Fairmont, West Virginia

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Day shifts
40 hours per week
Rotating shifts between 6:30 AM–3:00 PM and 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
Stay-late coverage may be required until cases are finished

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Strong experience in total joints and ENT
Circulating experience in most of the service lines being incorporated

Unit Details

Operating room with 1 suite and 4 OR rooms
Scrubbing is not required for RNs
No floating at this time
2-day unit orientation

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
